One of my favourite things to do is give you a round up of the bags that jumped out at me on instagram over the last week. That said, this week wasn’t easy. I was expecting bags to pop from the screen to put a spring in our steps; after all the sales have finished, next season’s fashions shows are this month. Covent Garden – to shop or not to shop for handbags?
The Christmas lights in Covent Garden are on, thanks to Kylie Minogue and Charlotte Tilbury. Whilst I spotted the largest silver reindeer ever seen, so what of the Garden, the first piazza in England? A market destination since the 17th century, red light district in the 19th century; what does this neighbourhood of London offer the handbag shopper, among its pubs and street performers?
