What does Selfridges put on sale when it has just been sold?

News this week, the retail icon, Selfridges, has been sold and has new owners. This means that this is the last New Year sale under existing management. So what is available in the bag sale? Well, there are over 300 bags with discounts, something to expect from a retailer that has always delivered a diverse range of designer bags. However, after scrolling through hundreds of bags, here’s my pick of the top 10 designer bag bargains at Selfridges. Diary date for designer sales – Black Friday and Cyberweek, from 22 to 29 November

It’s that time of year where different retailers across the world start announcing their launch dates for various sales – news just in, November sales have already begun this year. What we were once introduced to as Black Friday, following Thanksgiving (back in the US around 2005), the big discount day has even surpassed the extension to the following Monday. And, thankfully designer bags are included in the discount mix. So here’s what to expect in the bag sales in various locations around the world.

Hands up for a preview of the SS’22 designer bag trends

I’m not a fan of sharing an edit of next season’s trends too early; it can be frustrating waiting for new collections to come in or having to preorder without even seeing the bag IRL. But let’s break with tradition because November is a mix of sale events; from Singles’ Day, Black Friday to Cyber Monday.
