Before we say goodbye to February, let’s have a look at my five favourite bags spotted on insta this month. And this round up of all the lovely bags on insta presented an unexpected bag shape, the baguette bag but with that je ne sais quoi! Yes it’s true, the baguette bag (thank you Fendi) has been showing up over the last couple of seasons. But what I’ve got for you is a much broader selection of the wider bag. Newsflash, you no longer have to opt for the flat sided baguette, there is so much more on offer!
Buckle up Boyy!
Oversized buckles on bags are synonymous with the designer brand Boyy and say hello to their latest bag called The Pouchette. Might be difficult to source on your favourite fashion website so you might have to head to boyy.com.

Go single!
Check out this beauty, a single handle shoulder bag. It’s faux leather and is already sold out in the UK/EU. You’ll need to contact the brand, Charles Keith directly to source if you are located outside of the US.

Colour pop!
If you love a bright colour to signal your spring and summer wardrobe, head to Florian London who create wonderful silhouettes with their bags. The Meghan bag is available in different sizes and colours.

Food heaven
Introducing another London brand, Yuzefi, which brings us another wide bag with single shoulder strap. This structured leather bag has soft side panels and give you a baguette bag with stylish volume and eye catching stitching. Love the detail.

Shapes baby
From a brand that might be less well known but has well established artisan credentials, Mianqa brings us a vegan friendly option, available this March. The Anqa bag with its hexagonal detailed flap bring us a wide shoulder bag and will suit those who like to carry a bit more – it has 3 separate compartments inside.

There you have it, 5 designers who have inspired this month on instagram with bags that big up the baguette bag.
