When is comes to handbags?  Well, there are plenty of sustainable ideas for Christmas but they usually fall into recycled wrapping paper, crackers, greeting cards, giving to charity, rent a Christmas tree and for the Blue Planet II watchers, avoiding plastic is front of mind.  But can you be sustainable when gifting a handbag?

Covent Garden – to shop or not to shop for handbags?

The Christmas lights in Covent Garden are on, thanks to Kylie Minogue and Charlotte Tilbury. Whilst I spotted the largest silver reindeer ever seen, so what of the Garden, the first piazza in England?  A market destination since the 17th century, red light district in the 19th century; what does this neighbourhood of London offer the handbag shopper, among its pubs and street performers?

How to bag yourself a deal at Bicester Village

When you hear Bicester Village mentioned what reactions does it conjure up?  Great parking? Last season’s product? Not as far from London as you first thought? 30% discounts?  Well, this pedestrian high street is home to over 100 designer outlets and is the 2nd most popular attraction for Chinese tourists visiting the UK (after Buckingham Palace!) Surely I can find a designer bag deal here?
